Raw material preparation
Select high-quality stainless steel billets as raw materials. Common materials include 304, 316, 430, etc.
Hot rolling or cold rolling
Hot rolling: Heat the stainless steel billets to a high temperature (about 1200°C) and press them into the desired thickness through a rolling mill.
Cold rolling: Further roll the hot-rolled stainless steel coil at room temperature to improve surface quality and precision.
Annealing treatment
Improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of stainless steel through the annealing process.
Surface treatment
Perform acid washing, polishing or coating treatment to enhance surface smoothness and aesthetics.
Cutting and coiling
Cut into specific widths according to requirements and coil into rolls through a coiling machine.
Packaging
Use rust-proof paper and steel bands for bundling to prevent damage during transportation.
