During the production of color-coated coils, cold-rolled plates, galvanized plates and other base plates are prepared first, and then they undergo unwinding and trimming processes. Subsequently, surface pretreatment such as degreasing, pickling and chemical conversion is carried out. Then, primer, topcoat and varnish are roller-coated, and they are cured in an oven. Finally, the color-coated plates are cooled, tension is controlled for winding, and packaging is done. After that, they can be stored in the warehouse for sale.
